Manny Pacquiao won a 12 round unanimous decision over Timothy Bradley on Saturday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. All the three judges had it for Pacquiao, 118-110, 116-112 and 116-112, as he regained his welterweight world title and handed Bradley his first defeat. Pacquiao’s ability to string together punches and keep his opponent at bay won out in the end.
The fighters exchanged hard shots standing toe to toe in the tenth with neither giving ground with Pacquiao landing a hard left to start the round and Bradley coming back with a couple of rights of his own, though he appeared to lose a little steam as the round ended and looked winded. Manny Pacquiao proved once again that he is the toughest boxer in the world, as he dealt Timothy Bradley his first loss.
